DK99 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Pakistani Player

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the DK99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. DK99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify compliance at any point.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DK99 operates a strict minimum age policy and does not knowingly accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or be otherwise entitled to access online gaming services under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration including your real name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed DK99 account. One account is permitted per person, per household, and per device.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of DK99 or its affiliated software providers.

Account Credentials

Your DK99 username and password are your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. DK99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account caused by a member sharing their own credentials. 2Account Security and Verification

DK99 is required to verify the identity of its members as part of responsible gaming obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The verification process is a one-time requirement and does not affect your ability to deposit or play — it is required before your first withdrawal request is processed.

Verification Documents

DK99 may request the following documents to verify your identity:

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on DK99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, exchange rate deductions, or hidden transaction charges on the DK99 platform.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, and per payment account. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms
• Bonuses with wagering requirements must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted
• The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement on DK99 is 25x the bonus amount
• Weekly cashback credits on DK99 carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately
• Bonus credits expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the individual promotion states otherwise
• DK99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to members
• Low-risk betting patterns — including systematic betting on opposite outcomes or using strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine casino risk — may result in bonus forfeiture

5Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on DK99 are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. DK99 does not and cannot modify game outcomes, alter RTP settings, or selectively target individual players.

• Game results are final once the round is complete. Disputed results must be raised with DK99 support within 7 days of the session in question
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome, DK99 will investigate using game logs provided by the software provider and resolve the dispute within 5 business days
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in account closure
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play on DK99 is strictly prohibited
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games including poker and live casino is prohibited

6Responsible Gaming

DK99 is committed to supporting responsible gaming among its Pakistani members. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or emotional harm. Self-Exclusion and Limit Tools

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Takes effect immediately
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out
• Reality checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of 1, 7, 30, or 90 days during which your account will be inaccessible. Takes effect within one hour of your request
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your DK99 account. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months

7Account Suspension and Closure

DK99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected. Accounts may also be suspended pending investigation of unusual activity, potential fraud, or identity verification requirements.

Grounds for Immediate Closure

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Provision of false or fraudulent identity documents
• Use of automated software or bots to place bets
• Abuse of bonus offers or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Collusion with other players in poker or live table games

Where an account is closed due to a Terms and Conditions breach, any bonus credits and wagering-requirement-pending funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are unconnected to the breach will be returned to the original payment method at DK99's discretion after investigation.

You may close your DK99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Unspent real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of your closure request.

8Privacy and Data Use

9Prohibited Activities

• Using DK99 to launder money or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity
• Operating a DK99 account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent
• Deliberately exploiting errors in DK99 game software or payout calculations to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the DK99 platform for commercial purposes, including operating it as a sub-agent or intermediary for third-party players
• Any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at DK99 staff or other members

10Refer a Friend Terms

The DK99 Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn Rs 1,000 for each friend they successfully refer to the platform. The following specific terms apply:

• A successful referral is defined as a friend who registers a new DK99 account using the referrer's unique referral link and makes a first deposit of at least Rs 500
• The referral credit of Rs 1,000 is paid in real money with no wagering requirement and is withdrawable immediately
• Self-referrals — creating a second account and referring yourself — are strictly prohibited and constitute a Terms and Conditions breach
• Referral bonuses will not be paid if the referred account is found to be a duplicate or is connected to the referrer's device or payment details
• There is no cap on the number of valid referrals a single member can make
• DK99 reserves the right to investigate unusual referral patterns and to withhold payment pending investigation where abuse is suspected

11VIP Club Terms

The DK99 VIP Club operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. VIP status is determined by your cumulative deposit and wagering activity on the platform.

• VIP tier upgrades are assessed and applied automatically on a rolling 30-day basis based on your qualifying activity
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals) during the preceding 7-day period and credited every Monday
• VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement and is withdrawable in full immediately upon credit
• VIP tier downgrades may occur if minimum qualifying activity thresholds are not maintained over a 60-day period
• DK99 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and benefit structures with 30 days' notice to affected members
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be gifted or assigned to another account

12Amendments and Contact
